Orders are typically processed within 24 - 48 hours, Monday-Thursday.
Local Pick Up
An email will be sent with the pick up address when your order is ready for pick up. We are locate in Etobicoke right off 427/Burnhamthorpe. Your order will be held for 14 days. Orders not picked up within 14 days will be deemed 'neglected'. Neglected orders will not be given a refund/store credit and products will be added back into inventory.

Flat Rate Shipping
We offer $20 flat rate shipping across Canada. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Tracking/Order Status
As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which includes a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
